You can change your reservation in writing or by speaking to STF Customer Service via e-mail: kundservice@stfturist.se or via phone +46 8-463 21 00 on weekdays.
If it concerns a reservation at: Abisko, Kebnekaise, Saltoluokta, Grövelsjön, Storulvån, Blåhammaren, Sylarna, Helags and mountain cabins, contact STF via e-mail bokningen@stfturist.se or via telephone +46 10-1902360 on weekdays.
Please note that your change is not valid until you have received a written confirmation from STF. Making changes costs a minimum of SEK 300 per reservation. In order for you to receive the best possible help, we ask you to have access to the booking number in question and a payment card.
N.B. Changing your arrival or departure date counts as a cancellation.
